like your wedding day!

We want to make sure we are the right fit for you - our cake designs are not elaborate (no fondant), but they are simple, classy, and beautiful. If you’re ready to dive into the dessert details, we would love to help.

How it works

  • Interested in doing a tasting? We can provide a sampler! Choose 3 flavors of your choice. We will provide 2 cupcakes per flavor totaling 6 cupcakes for $12.00. You may take the cupcakes home and taste at your own convenience

  • We do not require a contract or deposit. If you would like us to be the most delicious part of your special day simply provide us your word, wedding cake flavor and size if known, and approximate quantities. Quantities can be adjusted up until 2 weeks prior to your event. Payment is due, in full, 1 week prior to the event.

  • Not sure how many cupcakes you’ll need to keep your guest’s bellies happy? We typically suggest a multiplier in the range of 1.2 – 1.4 cupcakes per person. Many people will take more than 1, especially if you have a wide variety of flavors (who doesn’t love to taste test them all?!). Remember, if you plan to have dessert beyond just cupcakes, you will likely need less than our suggested multiplier.

  • We will gladly deliver your order to the venue. Delivery charges apply as follows: $0.67/mile & $20/hour from our location.

    A minimum of 10 dozen is required for delivery.

  • Need help setting up your wedding cake and cupcake display? We will gladly do so. If needed, we do have a few stands and trays for rent ($5/each). Setup is $35.00 plus the cost of any tiers or trays you rent.

 

tips & tricks

1. We strongly suggest against choosing cream cheese buttercream for your wedding cake. Why, you ask? Our cream cheese icing is VERY soft since it is only lightly sweetened (the more sugar, the stiffer the icing). This creates a less sturdy and unstable cake making transportation a nail biter!

2. All wedding cakes should be refrigerated until 1-2 hours prior to the reception. This ensures the icing/design stays crisp and beautiful for the cutting!

3. Cupcakes should NOT be refrigerated. Unlike cakes with layers of icing sealing in moisture, cupcakes tend to dry out during refrigeration. They will stay perfect at room temperature (we always store them in the coolest area of the house) away from the sun and heat.
