Our cupcake recipes have been developed to provide an eating experience unlike most. Here at The Cupcake Company we focus on flavor. You can trust every cupcake will be tender, delicate, and certainly not lacking moisture.
The icing is a story of its’ own. All our icing is buttercream-based but we promise this doesn’t mean it’s stiff and sugar-laden. Our buttercream is very subtly sweetened in order to allow the flavor to take center stage. This also means our icing is softer than a typical American buttercream. Though those beautiful, bright, crisp icing designs you can find at most bakeries truly are a work of art, the lower sugar amount in our buttercream recipe simply doesn’t allow for intense color saturation or crisp flower work.

CUPCAKE FLAVORS
CHOCOLATE

VANILLA
somewhere in the middle of white and yellow, a simple and light cupcake, flavored with pure vanilla extract made from premium vanilla beans
RED VELVET
Hershey’s cocoa and cultured buttermilk lead the way for this velvet classic
CARROT
bursting with freshly grated carrots and applesauce - sweetened with brown sugar, yielding so many textures - soft and tender yet mighty

the addition of coconut milk and extra virgin coconut oil produces the dreamy, tropical taste of natural coconut flavor

the party doesn’t start ‘til this guy walks in; our vanilla cake stuffed with the brightest rainbow sprinkles and topped with even more - created for both the young AND young at heart
PEANUT BUTTER
a bite will take you back to the flavor of Grandma’s nostalgic peanut butter cookies – Jif and peanut flour are the homerun hitters in this batter
BANANA
for the banana lover – incorporating almost two cups of mashed, ripe bananas (that qualifies as healthy, right?), this one contains a tender and lusciously dense bite
OATMEAL
we know what you’re thinking, but trust us on this one - lightly spiced with cinnamon, a high ratio of soaked oats help provide just the right amount of chewy, tender crumb – baker’s pick-of-choice
PUMPKIN
why does pumpkin have to have a season? - here, browned, caramelized butter and warm spices leaves this cake bursting with flavor

PEANUT BUTTER
as a peanut butter lover (Jif, please) this whipped buttercream is always at the top of our list – ironically proclaimed “the best peanut butter buttercream I’ve ever had” to pair beautifully with that chocolate cake

SALTED CARAMEL
